She saved it for a couple of months. Then she began to wear the necklace 10 days ago. Unfortunately it broke at the welding point. I contact Amazon customer service. I was told to contact the seller (Kooljewlery). Ok, I called. But the number shown on Kooljewlery's website is another company's. Finally I found an agent. But she kicked me back to Amazon. I really don't what to do next. This turns out to be a chain of angry, frustration, and disappointment. You definitely don't want to repeat my experience. In Lenth and width. Beautiful though. And it is a good price. Don't know much about appraisal but seems fair. It's a very pretty design, tell tou that. Fast Shipping too. If you know about jewelery [which I don't] you might be better off. |
